I just wanted to put my paws to keyboard to say what a wooftastic time I have at Wagtails. Especially with my favourite humans Lucien and Hannah. They are Pawsome and I and my humans (who let’s face it need all the help they can get) learn loads from them. Every Friday, I wait (not so patiently) by the door for the Wagtails van (which my humans appreciate) to come and collect me - then my friends and I are whisked away to the best doggy day care ever. We have free play, snuffle hunts, agility, balance, learn doggy etiquette, and have lots of hugs. At the end of the day my humans get a message of what I have been up to with pictures and video - which they insist on reading out to me as if I had not been there all day. I, as a doggy user of Wagtails, can honestly say they have made such a pawsitive difference to mine and my humans life. Thank you Wagtails! Benson

my dog loves this place. they took so much care at look after her. she absolutely loves the staff and other dogs. could not ask for a better service. plus having her picked up and dropped back home is such a bonus. thanks wagtails

The best doggy daycare there is! Our girl loves it so much, she’s always so excited to be there. I’m often told by my friends that she is treated better at the daycare than their kids at nursery! They work so hard to keep the dogs engaged and stimulated whilst also allowing for rest breaks. The pup-dates at the end of the day really make me smile.

Barney my 7month old Dachshund loves going to wagtails! The staff are amazing and the training and facilities are second to none ! He enjoys all the wonderful games and enrichment play that has carefully thought out by this amazing, well qualified team . I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you for making it a bit easier to leave him because I know that he absolutely loves seeing his friends and we are sent a wonderful, detailed WhatsApp message every day, including photos and videos xxx

Best doggy daycare in the area, run by such loving and caring staff! We have tried other daycares and our dog Dottie loves Wagtails the most. They took the time and patience to carefully introduce our dog to all her new friends, and went above and beyond in making sure she is comfortable on the car ride to the daycare site as she is usually quite nervous in cars. Our dog always has the best time at Wagtails and is so spoiled by everyone there 🙂 She is so excited to see the daycare van pulls up each time and always a bit reluctant to leave and come home at the end of the day XD Wagtails also gives a 'report card' at the end of each day with lots of photos to show all tje activities they have done each day, which is always lovely to see! Their day is a mix of both physical and mental stimulation for the doggies (as well as lots of play of course), which work really well for our dog. Definitely highly recommend for anyone who is looking for doggy daycare !! Xx

Better than any other doggy day care. They spend time and effort doing training and enrichment activities for the dogs. At the end of each day you get a summary of the day with some pics and videos. Our dog absolutely loves going and comes home totally chilled out. Our puppy has developed so much social skills since going. Thoroughly recommended.

Wagtails is an amazing doggie daycare… my springer goes twice a week, and absolutely loves it… He comes home shattered where they’re busy playing in the field and doing activities with the pooches … They definitely live up to the name… all the doggy’s have a wagging tail and drag us owners to get in … if your thinking of sending your fur babies… DO… they will love it 😊

This is the best doggy day care that our puppy has ever been to. Wagtails staff are caring and attentive, the ratio of staff per dog is so good and allows them to pay close attention to all doggos. The shuttle service is so convenient; we were very pleased with the creativity of staff to celebrate different events from birthdays to national celebrations. Their facilities are top notch, modern and clean. Finally we absolutely love the report at the end of the day and the varios updates throughout. This doggy day care is great value for money. The staff are lovely!!! Highly recommended 🙂

They've been amazing helping my pup settle in and play well with all the other dogs. They give you daily updates, help with training and give helpful advice on what would help your pup settle better! I feel confident he is in safe hands whilst at daycare which is hard to come by!

Such a well rounded daycare. Max our cavapoo loves his one day a week at Wagtails. A great balance of training and fun. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring.

I have a little pom who goes to Wagtails once a week and he absolutely loves it. Whenever we turn up and the gates he's so excited to see both the carers and his doggy friends. I love this place because the staff is actually qualified in animal/dog care. What's more Wagtails is not your standard day-care place - training, coaching, activities are all part of the service they provide; helping to socialise the dogs with all manner of things, as well as help in embedding training. Their website & social media are full of useful guidelines and tips, which for a new dog-owner like me, are a wonderful support resources. Highly recommend Wagtails for your doggy day-care needs.

My two boys love their weekly visits to Wagtails. The day care has beautiful facilities with great cabins for my Labradoodle to relax in & lots of field space for my spaniel to burn off all his energy. Hannah & Lucien have done wonders with both my boys, giving them personalised training & teaching them some manners as well as giving me regular updates on their progress to put my mind at rest. They really want the dogs to have the best experience! Would definitely recommend Wagtails 🐶🐶

Lovely day care with wonderful staff. The facilities are great and the team put on a structured timetable of activities for the dogs. It really is doggy paradise!

Cannot speak more highly of Wagtails and the fantastic care they provide my dog and his little daycare buddies. He loves going and thrives under their supervision, training and care. We get regular updates including photos and videos throughout the day and a happy and exhausted mutt by the evening! Brilliant facilities, great service and a lovely team 👏

We can't recommend Wagtails more highly! Our little pup Leia is a rescue, and has struggled with socialising, and at times, showing some aggressive behaviour. The team at Wagtails have been so patient, so supportive, and so kind, and without their expertise, Leia wouldn't have the happy life she has today. She even had a birthday party at Wagtails, with all her best friends, which is something we never thought she'd get to enjoy. Leia truly adores Lucien and Hannah, even more than she loves us, and we're ok with that, if you saw the effort they all go to, you'd get it too. Thank you everyone at Wagtails!!

My dog loves going to wagtails the facilities are excellent, fields for the dogs to run in and lots of enrichment toys also inside areas for them to play and rest.Lucien and Hannah are lovely and both have lots of qualifications and every week provide lots of training for the dogs. They also pick the dogs up in their specially equipped van. I wouldn’t send my puppy anywhere else infact he can’t wait to get in the van every week.

Our Dachshund has been going to wagtails since they opened and absolutely loves it. As proven by how much he sleeps when he comes home! The collection/ drop off service is fantastic too. We would, and have recommended Wagtsils to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable daycare.

We are very happy with Wagtails. Lots of enrichment activities for the dogs during the day including training. We really appreciate how the staff are very knowledgeable and have a genuine love of dogs and their wellbeing, they have become our go-to sources for any advice we need as new dog owners.

My little furball LOVES daycare, not only do they play and have fun they also have set times to do a bit of training and even scheduled times for naps (my menace isn’t very good at that yet) but it gives them a chance to recharge and calm down. They also setup a WhatsApp group where you’ll be sent a report card with LOADS of pics and videos so you can see exactly what they’ve been up to!
