We do sensory activities, enrichment games, foundational sporting exercises, obedience, tricks, life skills and more with your dog. These activities, combined with a fun training approach and a unique, choice-based naptime set-up, mean your dog is getting the top-quality care they deserve.

⁠All of our team members are canine first aid trained and regularly complete emergency drills and scenario training for your peace of mind. We have a very close relationship with our emergency vet who is less than 10 minutes drive away from daycare, and we have robust policies in place to make sure nothing takes us by surprise!

Yes, our doggy day care is fully licensed by the local council and carries comprehensive insurance coverage, ensuring safety and compliance for your peace of mind.

Our doggy shuttle offers convenient pick-up and drop-off services. We securely manage house keys, and our fully equipped vans ensure a safe and comfortable journey for your dog. Pick-ups are scheduled between 7:30 and 9:00 am, with returns between 4:30 and 6:00 pm. All drivers are DBS checked and skilled in animal care.

Before attending our doggy day care in Chelmsford, your dog should be vaccinated against Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Hepatitis, and Kennel Cough. Please present your dog’s vaccination record on their first visit, or upload it via our Client Portal. We monitor and remind you of upcoming vaccination due dates.

Yes, our staff can feed your dog and administer any prescribed oral or topical medications during their day care stay, following veterinary guidelines. We manage food safely and return any uneaten kibble or wet food, except for raw food.

We conduct a thorough behavioural assessment to understand your dog’s temperament and social preferences. This evaluation helps us place your dog in a group that matches their play style and personality, ensuring they thrive in our care. This is part of the Free Taster session where you can also observe our facilities and staff in action.
