Billing FAQs

When do you collect payments?

The payment for month one will be worked out pro rata based on the days attended. The payment for month two will be the start of regular billing with direct debits being taken in advance on the 1st of the month.

What happens when we go away or on Bank Holidays?

What happens when we go away or on Bank Holidays?

We factor a holiday allowance into our pricing. Therefore, if your dog does not attend (for whatever reason, e.g. sickness, holiday) on its regular day, the monthly fee remains payable in full. No refunds will be made. However, you may swap your dog’s regular day subject to availability. We cannot guarantee being able to accommodate your dog on the requested day. Each swap day will be recorded in our system as a ‘Swap’ which must be used within a three-month period, and otherwise will expire. Swap days cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
